A large portion of our year is spent working on-site at privately owned and co-operatively owned feed mills. Feed mill design and construction as well as existing mill modernization, improvement, and service are the staples of our business. The design process begins with sizing capacities correctly, along with 3D drawings and flow charts. Sizing all the equipment in house allows us to control batch cycle time and increase efficiency. We can dial this up or down to give you the required capacity per day at your budget. We partner with other contractors to provide concrete, electrical, and automation services for a more complete finished product. Our millwrights are experts at: onsite fabrication, equipment assembly and construction, crane rigging, erecting overhead storage tanks and superstructures, and servicing and maintaining specialized mill equipment. We handle material management in bulk overhead storage, totes, and micro/macro hoppers. We use mills, scales, automation, and batching systems to save you valuable time daily, keeping your mill running efficiently. Whether your feed mill is old or new, we prioritize getting you back up and running when you break down, generally the same day, or the very next morning.
